Products Not Eligible for Replacement

Replacement Request Process

    “Return: Damaged/Defective – Order [Your Order Number]”
  2. Attach clear images of the damaged or defective product(s).
  3. Make sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving the product(s).
  4. Our support team will respond within 24 business hours with further instructions.
  5. Once your request is approved, we will dispatch the replacement within 7 working days.
